Targetbase offers a comprehensive benefits program to all full-time employees and their eligible spouse, domestic partner, and dependents. Most benefits start on the first of the month following one month of employment. A summary of our benefits is below; detailed plan descriptions can be obtained from our People Solutions department.

Medical

We offer four plan options: a high-deductible plan, two PPOs, and an EPO. Prescription drug coverage is also included.

You have two plans to choose from: Basic PPO and Premier PPO. Both include a large network of providers.

Vision

The vision plan covers the cost of eye exams and provides a lens and frame allowance. This plan has a broad network of providers including retail chains, private practitioners, optometrists and ophthalmologists.

Life Insurance/AD&D

Targetbase provides basic life insurance at no cost to the employee. Additionally, employees can opt to purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves and their dependents.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Targetbase offers two types of FSAs: Healthcare FSA and Dependent Care FSA. Both allow employees to save pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses.

Targetbase employees are eligible to participate in the Omnicom Retirement Savings Plan managed by Fidelity.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

Employees are eligible to participate in the Omnicom ESPP. This plan allows employees to purchase Omnicom stock at a discounted rate through post-tax payroll deductions.

If you continue your education while working at Targetbase, our Tuition Reimbursement Plan will cover some of the associated costs.

Paid Time Off

We know you can’t be in the office 100 percent of the time, so we offer employees a way to get away and still get paid. Paid vacation as well as sick and personal time are provided to all full-time employees.
